NORTHUMBERLAND COUNTY COUNCIL ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 – SECTION 14(1) C278 STEEL TO LOW JUNIPER SLALEY (TEMPORARY ROAD CLOSURE) ORDER 2017
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the County Council have made an Order to prohibit the use by vehicular traffic on that section of the C278 Steel To Low Juniper Slaley commencing 35 metres north of its junction with the C278 Lilswood Farm to Whitley Chapel, to its junction with the C278 Low Juniper to Juniper for a distance of 855 metres in the County of Northumberland. The Order is to be effective from the 13th February 2017 until the 3rd March 2017. It is expected that the road will only be closed from the 13th February 2017 until the 24th February 2017 however it will be closed at all times during this period. The alternative route for vehicular traffic will be via the C278 Lilswood Farm To Whitley Chapel, C282 Whitley Chapel To Dipton Mill, U8075 Dotland Junction To Dotland Park Junction, U8074 Channel Wells Junction To Dipton Mill Junction, C278 High Juniper To Lee Cross Roads Junction, C278 Juniper To High Juniper, C278 Low Juniper To Juniper and vice-versa.
